Manual harvest, maceration for 10 days with whole and pressed grapes. Spontaneous fermentation with wild yeast in stainless tank. Aged on fine lees for up to 3 months.

Specifically, this wine comes from a plot in the town of Picamoixons, at the foot of the Miramar mountain range. It is a cultivated hillside vineyard with terraces with dry stone margins, the soil is calcareous, clayey and with splashes of slate.
