Elaboration: they vinify the Xarel·lo and make the second fermentation following the traditional method.

Aging: 72 months minimum.

Tasting: Bubble very fine due to the long aging. A peculiar and complex aroma that develops secondary and varied aromas. The palate is fatty with toasted touches.

Gastronomy: Suitable for consistent dishes.
