Venivinum Store | Store | Shop informs users about its policy regarding the treatment and protection of personal data of users and clients that may be collected by browsing or contracting services through the website.

In this sense, Venivinum Store | Store | Shop, guarantees compliance with current regulations regarding the protection of personal data, reflected in Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data and in Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, which approves the Development Regulation of the LOPD and the European Data Protection Regulation, which came into force on May 28, 2018.

2. Collection, purpose and processing of data.

Venivinum Store | Store | Shop has the duty to inform users of its website about the collection of personal data that may be carried out, either by sending an email or by filling out the forms included on the website. In this sense, venivinum will be considered responsible for the data collected through the means described above.

This communication must show the following information: Name and surname of the user, the request, address and supporting data.

The exercise of rights must be carried out by the user herself. However, they may be executed by an authorized person as the legal representative of the authorized person. In which case documentation proving this representation of the interested person must be provided.

5. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction.

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of the Spanish State. For the resolution of any controversy that may arise, regarding its validity, execution, compliance or resolution, in whole or in part, Venivinum Tienda | Store | Shop and the users submit, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction or any other jurisdiction that may apply to them, to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the city of Barcelona. This contract constitutes the complete and complete expression of the agreement between venivinum and the user and replaces all previous pacts, commitments, statements or agreements, both written and oral, that have previously existed between both.
