Delivery policy
Delivery is made with the best packaging in the market, you can see it safety here.It would be very unusual for a bottle to be delivered broken. However, if this happens, don’t worry – we will send you a replacement. You will be able to track delivery of your bottles via the transport company. If you are not able to accept delivery of your package, we could leave it with one of your neighbour if you let us know in advance.
Return policy
If you would like to return an order, it’s quite straightforward. We will refund the price paid once we have received the returned order. However, the shipping costs of the order will be paid for by the customer.
