Albert Domingo, author of the wines "TUETS" works, together with his father, the farm where for six generations his family has cultivated the land, doing it now in an ecological way. The farm, of raw lands and limestones, is located in a privileged place to elaborate wines, since it is located at an altitude of 550 m. above sea level, with great contrasts of temperature between day and night, in summer, thus favoring optimum maturation of the grape. The wines are made with the same yeasts of the grape and without filtering, expressing to the maximum their place of origin, "the small piece of land".
