Manual harvest with grapes selection in the vineyard. Subsequent slice and crushed grapes and then pressed. Spontaneous fermentation with autochthonous yeasts and without temperature control, in a stainless tank.
Towards the end of fermentation, gentle work is done with the mothers. This wine performs malolactic.

Ocher yellow color with golden reflections. Entrance on clean nose, with intense aroma of tropical fruit, highlighting the presence of grapefruit, pineapple and clear aromas of white flowers. Powerful entrance, with a lot of personality. Very balanced, long and fresh finish with a bitter touch.
