Grenache – Vinified in stainless steel without temperature control. Conservation in stainless steel and coupage withthe Carignan in January.
Carignan – Vinified in stainless steel with temperature control. Conservation in stainless steel and coupage with the Grenache in January.
No sulphites added. No clarifying, filtering or corrections of the must or wine.
