A single-piece wine in which we find the three varieties mixed together, which means that the blend changes every year.

Once all the varieties have fermented together, the wine spends the entire winter in cement underground and then passes through wooden barrels for 12 months.

The result is a full-bodied, long and, at the same time, fresh wine.
