Production: They vinify the Xarel·lo and carry out the second fermentation following the traditional method.

Aging: 72 months minimum.

Tasting: Very fine bubbles due to the long aging process. A peculiar and complex aroma that develops secondary and varied aromas. On the palate it is oily with toasted notes.

Gastronomy: Suitable for hearty dishes.
