Mas Candí Brut Nature is a fresh and light cava. The notes of Mediterranean white fruit with light pastry notes stand out. The palate is very dry, with a persistent but very elegant bubble.
After manual harvesting and before starting the first alcoholic fermentation with native yeasts, after the second fermentation in the bottle and a minimum ageing period of 24 months, disgorging is carried out without adding expedition liqueur.
