Production: Once the Xarel·lo Rojo is vinified, the second fermentation takes place following the traditional method.

Aging: 18 months minimum.

Tasting notes: Fresh and very aromatic, this cava reminds us of red fruits such as strawberries and blackberries. Dry and persistent, it is very pleasant on the palate.

Gastronomy: Ideal for appetizers, rice or pasta.
