It is made from Garnacha Blanca, and is one of the few vineyards of this variety in the Penedès. There are only 226 vines over 60 years old (La Salada vineyard). They were despised due to their difficulty in cultivation (their Oveja Negra), but now there are about 500 bottles of an exclusive wine.
