High quality oil, Extra Virgin, cold extraction and through mechanical procedures and found within the Terra Alta Oil DOP.

The Empeltre variety is native and ancestral to the area, as in the entire Ebro valley. The olives are black, known as Olivas de Aragón.

Hence the color of the oil has a darker tone. Empeltre is sweeter and, for that reason, 30% of Arbequina - an ancestral variety from central Catalonia - is added to give it more structure.
