High quality, Extra Virgin oil, cold-extracted using mechanical procedures and found within the DOP Aceite de la Terra Alta.

The Empeltre variety is native and ancestral to the area, as in the entire Ebro Valley. The olives are black, known as Olivas de Aragón.

This is why the oil has a darker colour. Empeltre is sweeter and, for this reason, 30% of Arbequina is added - an ancestral variety from central Catalonia - which gives it more structure.
