Since 2001, the architect Alfredo Arribas began his adventure in the world of wine, after acquiring the Clos del Portal estate, in Priorat, where he initially focused his activity. He has recently incorporated an -extreme- family of high-altitude, natural wines, the Vins Nus.

The Vins Nus are wines in which there are more absences than additions: hardly any wood, no extraction, no alcohol, no color... On the crests of the Sierra del Montsant Natural Park, where the conditions and soils are ideal for experimenting new forms of winemaking, the SiurAltes are born. The high freshness of the SiurAlta allows - through non-interventionist vinifications - to work naturally. Wines in which acidity forms the backbone, replacing the traditional tannic structure. Pure, artisan wines, very close to their origins. Wines of height, and with capacity to age. Looking back, walking forward.
