A natural wine made without haste and only with organically pruned grapes from Barberà de la Conca. Petit Carlania is young but with personality, it is light and smooth but very aromatic and spicy, it is an unfiltered but transparent wine, it is a lively wine!
Drill: Native variety of the Barberà basin, with large and compact fruits, early protection and late ripening. It is sensitive to spring frosts and does not tolerate drought well, so cool soils are the most suitable. Medium-high yields produce fresh, light, fruity wines.
Old vineyard and young vineyard from different estates, soil with a clay-calcareous texture and biodynamic cultivation. Located between 400 and 500 410 m above sea level. This situation gives it excellent geological conditions for the cultivation of our Trepat. We apply sulphur powder, serum, horsetail infusions and biodynamic preparations 500 and 501. CCPAE certified.
They do not add yeasts, enzymes or any other additives during the winemaking or aging process. They do not filter or clarify their wines. The bottles may contain some natural sediment and/or Co2. The wine must be aerated once the bottle is opened. Each bottle is unique and different from the others.
It is wonderful to see the flock of sheep grazing and leaving organic waste in the vineyards.
