Samsó – Elaborada en dipòsit d’acer inoxidable amb control de la temperatura. Conservació en dipòsit de inoxidable i cupatge amb la garnatxa al gener.
No s’han afegit sulfits per a la conservació i no s’hi han practicat clarificacions, filtracions ni correccions en tot el procés
