Partida Creus és un petit celler artesanal que elabora una producció molt limitada de vins molt originals de gamma alta a partir de raïm de cultiu ecològic. La iniciativa va ser fundada l'any 2007 per una parella d'arquitectes italians del Piemont, Antonella Gerosa i Massimo Marchiori, que van voler canviar completament de vida i es van instal·lar al tranquil poble de Bonastre. Allà van remodelar una vella nau agrícola per transformar-la en celler, amb un projecte realitzat amb materials reciclats i estructures sòlides.

Maceració per separat en raïm sencer durant 4-5 dies, fermentació alcohòlica amb llevats autòctons en bótes de 300 l. durante 10 mesos, més 1 mes en un dipòsit d'acer inoxidable.
