Acorn-fed Iberian Ham and, therefore, 55% of the fat is oleic fat. It is the same fat from nuts and Olive Oil. One of the healthiest types of fats.

During the hunting season they run through open fields under the oaks. The rest of the year they have been in a large enclosure open to the elements. Only the cabins where they sleep, sick animals and midwives are covered.

Their diet the rest of the year is based on horseshoes and cereals produced on the same farm.
