Their ancestors blended their wines in the vineyards, that is, they mixed the two varieties in their plantations: some Carignan and others Black Grenache, which is known as blending in the vineyards. With this wine they want to recover this way of making wines but to achieve the best ripening, they work with two estates that are located within the very variable orography of the region. By working with two varieties located in two different places they achieve the best ripening of the grape and we can work with the fruit with the best ripening.
