The idea behind this concept is based on the fact that the entire process involved in making wine and sparkling wine is carried out and supervised by them, from planting the vine to disgorging each bottle to produce the finished product.

Making a good wine and a good sparkling wine is not a process that begins when the grapes arrive at the winery, but rather it begins in the vineyard itself, with the growth of the vine, its care and that of the grapes themselves. The quality of a good wine or a good Corpinnat, apart from its treatment, is in this prior work.

They believe that if the grapes are of good quality and the processes they carry out afterwards are carried out correctly, it is not necessary to manipulate the wine or sparkling wine more than necessary. It will already give it the characteristics that make it a great product.

That is why Corpinnat has a low sulphite content and no liqueurs are applied to it that could modify its taste on the palate.

Their status as a small winery does not allow them to have a large production of wine and Corpinnat, but it does allow and help them to have good quality control.
Similarly, the vineyards from which they grow and narrow the grapes are located on the slopes of the Ordal mountains, about 400 metres above sea level. Some rather wild lands and dry stone terraces that do not give large productions like the vineyards located on the great plains of the Penedès.

All the wines are recognised as being from the Penedès Designation of Origin (DO Penedès), and all their sparkling wines are part of Corpinnat.
In addition, some of their sparkling wines have already received recognition outside our borders; they have won several awards in the “Effervescents du Monde” competition and have been highly valued in evaluations by guides.
