The recovery of Pep's old family vineyard is what brought María to the very heart of Baix Penedès and sparkling wines.

With an average age of 60 years, these vineyards of Xarel·lo, Macabeu and Parellada are in the natural environment of Foix, surrounded by oak and pine forest, under a dry climate and on porous soil (which swallows the water) and limestone, very poor and shallow, with just enough organic matter. The great biodiversity present creates a unique ecosystem that naturally regulates the balance of the vineyard. This is a particular way of understanding the vineyard and wine, based on the utmost respect for the landscape and tradition, working in an artisanal way.
