Production: After vinification of Xerel·lo Vermell grapes make up the cuvee for this Corpinnat. Then it make the second fermentation following the traditional method.

Aging: Minimum 18 months.

Taste: Fresh and aromatic, this cava remember you red fruits like strawberries or blackberries. Dry and persistent make it very palatable.

Gastronomy: Ideal for snacks, rice or pasta.

No sulphites, no export liqueur added.
