Josep Mata Capellades, con la complicidad de sus hijos Josep y Antoni, creó en 1962 el Reserva Particular de Recaredo con la idea original de transmitir la delicadeza y la sutil complejidad que puede alcanzar un gran vino espumoso de larga crianza.
Reserva Particular de Recaredo representa el Mediterráneo en su estado más puro, interpreta las tierras calcáreas del Penedès oriental y muestra el carácter profundo de nuestros viñedos más viejos de xarel·lo y macabeo.
Mineral y complejo, lleno de vida interior y largo recorrido. Brut Nature totalmente seco, sin adición de azúcar de expedición.
