In the glass and after an essential decanting, the red fruit and clear aromas of bramble are combined with spices and lactic fines.

Then you can see the change of style that the winery started a few years ago, abandoning the style of dark red and powerful to turn towards elegance and finesse. Its tannins are intense but noble because the old barrels of 5th and 6th year that barely add aromas to the wine chisel it with fine tannins. The dose of sulfites is minimal and the nose appreciates it, giving away intense memories of cherries, licorice and a clear sense of minerality. Its particular acidity mixed with delicate bitter tones turn it into a surprising and original wine, a "granatxa" of those of yesteryear, of which they were able to transport anyone to the vineyard in one sip.
