Made from the local Malvasia de Sitges grape, this is a 'Petillant naturel' (aka Petnat) which means a sparkling wine made in the Ancestral Method (bottled before the first fermentation is finished). Fresh and floral and refreshing on the finish. Easy and enjoyable.
