Vinification Natural fermentation with autochthonous yeasts for 10 days and 10 days of maceration. Vinified in stainless steel with regular temperature control. Aged 12 months in barrels. Bottled in January 2015. No sulphites added. No clarifying, filtering or corrections of the must or wine.
