Variety: Macabeu

Manual harvest with grapes selection in the vineyard. Subsequent slice and crushed grapes and then pressed. Spontaneous fermentation with autochthonous yeasts and without temperature control, in a stainless tank.
Towards the end of fermentation, gentle work is done with the mothers. This wine performs malolactic.


Truc is made with 100% Macabeu.

The vineyards of the Monars are two small plots of Macabeu, planted in 2009.
Although they are young, their performance was very low in 2016, of 2200 kg / ha.
