Winemaking, processing and aging are carried out entirely in Recaredo.
Long aging The 54-month bottle aging is done exclusively with a natural cork stopper. The cork is sustainable, recyclable and technically suitable to preserve the original sense of a long aging sparkling wine.
Manual degorging without freezing. The disgorgement (expulsion of the lees from the second fermentation in the bottle) is done by hand without freezing the neck of the bottle; craft professionalism and respect for the environment.
