The winemaking, production and ageing process are carried out entirely in Recaredo.
The ageing in the bottle is carried out exclusively with natural cork stoppers, a technically suitable material for preserving the original flavour of a sparkling wine aged for 54 months. The final rinsing of the bottles is carried out by hand in racks.
Manual 'disgorging' without freezing. Disgorging (expulsion of the mothers from the second fermentation in the bottle) is carried out by hand without freezing the neck of the bottle; artisan professionalism and respect for the environment.
