18-24 months in fudres of 1,000 l and amphorae of 500 l on their fine lees.

The Clos Lentiscus belongs to a family of vine growers whose objective is to capture the essence of the terroir with their wines. The family farm of the XIV century, surrounded by Mediterranean forests, facing south, is located in the Garraf Natural Park. The whole winery is organized following the principles of biodynamics. There, thanks to the sheep and their horse Ringo, and with the precious help of their bees, they manage to work the vineyards respecting them and produce natural wines that today are some of the most interesting in Catalonia. In addition, the generous and cheerful personality of Manel and his desire to share his knowledge are noticed through his production.
