Variety: Garnatxa blanca (65%) and Malvasía de Stiges (35%)

Manual harvesting, destemming, maceration for 1 week, alcoholic fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks, unfiltered
and 6 months in stainless steel tanks with their fine lees.


It is made with Garnatxaa Blanca, it is one of the few vineyards of this variety in the Penedès. There are only 226 vines over 60 years old (La Salada vineyard). They were despised due to their difficulty in cultivation (our Black Sheep), now they are about 500 bottles of an exclusive wine
