La Canya is a red wine made with white raisin (50%), white Garnacha (30%) and Godello (20%), from vineyards located on soils with granite white and pink sands.
The harvest is manual, once to the winery and after a short maceration, it ferments with all the common varieties in stainless steel tanks with autochthonous yeasts. It is bottled without filtering and without sulfur added.
It is a sincere, fresh and salty wine. On the nose, aromas of ripe white fruit and floral notes are very present. The palate is kind, agile and long.
