Winemaking and aging: Cold of the grape at 3-4 ° C, vinification of the two varieties together, alcoholic fermentation with native yeasts, 8 months in bottle with its fine lees.


Biodynamic wine with a blend of 50% Xarel-lo and parrellada. The age of the vineyard is between 10-25 years. but Candí makes a minimal intervention where the objective is to have the greatest diversity of life in the soil and create a natural balance within the terroir.
