Sus antepasados realizaban el ensamblaje de sus uvas en los viñedos, es decir, tenían mezcladas en sus plantaciones las dos variedades: unas cepas de Cariñena y las otras de Garnacha Tinta, lo que se conoce como coupage en la viña. Con este vino quieren recuperar esta forma de elaborar, pero para lograr la mejor maduración, trabajan con dos fincas que se encuentran ubicadas dentro la orografía tan variable de la comarca. Al trabajar con dos variedades situadas en dos lugares diferentes conseguen la mejor maduración de la uva y podemos trabajar la fruta con la maduración perfecta.
