Partida Creus es una pequeña bodega artesanal que elabora una producción muy limitada de vinos muy originales de gama alta a partir de uvas de cultivo ecológico. La iniciativa fue fundada en 2007 por una pareja de arquitectos italianos del Piamonte, Antonella Gerosa y Massimo Marchiori, que quisieron cambiar completamente de vida y se instalaron en el tranquilo pueblo de Bonastre. Allí remodelar una vieja nave agrícola para transformarla en bodega, con un proyecto realizado con materiales reciclados y estructuras sólidas.

Varieiedad: Macabeu (80%), Xarel·lo (10%) y Garnacha blanca (10%)
Maceración por separado en uva entera durante 4-5 días, fermentación alcohólica con levaduras autóctonas en barricas de 300 l. durante 10 meses, más 1 mes en un depósito de acero inoxidable.
